What is NOMAD?
NOMAD is a unique mobile application that connects customers to food trucks. With NOMAD, customers can:
- Discover real-time location of food trucks.
- View food truck profiles, menu items, specials and sold out dishes.
- Order and pre-pay for their food.
- Receive an alert when their food is ready, skipping the line at the truck.
- Tip the food truck after their order is received.
What kind of device do I need to use NOMAD?
NOMAD is available for download now for both Android and Apple iOS app stores.
I love this idea! Where is NOMAD available?
NOMAD will have a soft launch and beta test period from January to March 2020 in Houston, Tex. We will have a formal launch event in late March 2020 (stay tuned!). We are rapidly expanding nationwide in 2020 and beyond.
Sounds great! How much does NOMAD cost?
Users are charged a small $0.99 fee to order through NOMAD. Compare that to other meal ordering services whose user fees range from $5 to $20, and it's a steal!
Am I able to tip the truck?
Absolutely! When you place your order, you are prompted to leave a tip if you choose to do so. The tip is sent directly to the truck.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from all major credit and debit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
I have a concern with my order. How do I get in touch with NOMAD?
Sorry to hear that. Open the app and select "HELP" on the lefthand menu. Then, follow the directions for submitting a claim. Someone on our team will be in touch shortly to solve your issue.
